Project 365. One photo everyday for a year...

February 9th
Before dinner I went out on a quest for a photo as I hadn't lifted my camera all day. It was so dark but just a I'd given up hope and was making my way back home I spotted this nice silhouette against the sky. I love empty space like this, nothing but colour.

February 8th
My uncle Gerry :) Catching up over skype tonight, Just as the call was about to end I happened to mention I had no photo for today yet, seeing as he is in Hungary knee deep in snow he offered to take his laptop outside so I could snap the scene. Didn't work like I'd hoped but I needed have worried cause this seemed to bring out his inner model, I had many different poses to choose from, I liked this one though, felt like I was talking to an Eskimo :)

Project 365. One photo everyday for a year...

February 7th
I have my wheels back :) Today a nice man looked at my car, changed the battery and I am once again road worthy, feels great. Afterwards I took Bella a long walk, she is such a happy wee dog. This was taken as soon as we got out of the car, she smells freedom and runs, but she always looks back to make sure I'm still there :)

Look who I found lying on my bed, I had to snap a quick photo before I disturbed her. This is one of her many sleeping positions, I love how she crosses her little paws like this, so content.

Project 365. One photo everyday for a year...

February 5th
Today was the first Vintage/craft Fair of the year. Frock around the Clock, I love it there. It's such a warm friendly atmosphere, I always come away with a new friend and a head full of ideas. Today was no different :) Every stall is as unique as the next, and the people behind them are just as beautiful as the things they are selling.

February 4th
I've decided I want to learn how to play the Piano. Properly. I This is something I've wanted to do for a long time, but I got given an old keyboard today and it has sparked my interest again. I remember my granny teaching me a little when I was younger, I'd like to be a good as she was. I do a great version of chopsticks :)

February 3rd
Dads Birthday, cake time :)  Opted for 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY' candles as opposed to 55 regular ones, although judging by the air gathered up in his cheeks he could have handled it. Yummy chocolate cake and cup of tea. Rockin' Friday night in our house!

February 2nd
Did a lot of boring things today, washing, ironing, crossed my fingers and hoped my car would start, it didn't. I love the faintness of images that are out of focus, like it's almost not there.  This is the first I've experimented with it, makes a boring self portrait much more interesting.

February 1st
My hands haven't heated for about 2 days, but someone once told me cold hands means you have a warm heart, so I guess it's a small price to pay :) Plus it's an excuse to drink lots of tea. I tea. Oh and I've just remembered it's a leap year, meaning I have one whole day this month to take an extra photo :D
