Project 365. One photo everyday for a year...

April 4th
A much needed day off to do grown up things that I'd been putting off for way too long. I had to go get a pass-port photo taken then go re-new my driving licence, tax my motor, take wee Bella to the vet for her second round of allergy injections, book her in for a much needed bubble bath all this along with the normal everyday responsibilities like  made it a long tiring day. The highlight of my day was when I got time to play with me wee camera some more :)

April  3rd
Went a wee visit tonight to Ray's cause he is a teacher and this means he can sign official forms to say I am me. This was quite late on and as I still had no photo and the signing of the form wasn't all that exciting I decided to go a drive in search of a shot. I drove past a lot of nice scenes and being scared of the dark had to sit for a minute to muster up the courage to leave the safety of my wee car and take a photo. I also had to have a backup plan in place encase a rapist came along or a murderer  hid in the back of my car while I wasn't looking.  Plan in place, I got out of the car and crossed the road. I got a couple of shots before it all got  a bit much and I remembered I was scared for my wellbeing , I ran back to the car, checked no-one had sneaked in, locked the doors and drove home to safety.  Here is a photo of the scary, windy scene I was brave enough to photograph.

April 2nd
Having a wee play in the garden today with some double exposures :) I might be addicted to these for a while...

April 1st
First day of April and the first Vintage Fair of the month :) I adore these fairs. Spending the day with such lovely, creative people,  I always forget I'm there to work and get lost in conversations. Sharing the date with all the Titanic madness, this month's fair took place on the Belfast Barge, the perfect setting.  I've also jumped on the Titanic band wagon and opted for a Titanic photo for today's shot. This original piece is made by Christine Gorman from Off-One Designs. Beautiful

March 31st

I had a little test shoot today with Sarah Toner MUA and the lovely Julija Isabell Makasejeva. This is just a wee random one I've fallen in love with, more to come soon.

March 30th
I am such a stationary geek, these are my new pretty post-it's from Paper Chase. I think now I have something nice to write on I'll have even more fun writing my to-do lists :)

March 29th
Today I got to go along and help out the very talented Robin Morgan cinematographer at  WeAre Catch. We headed to Belfast Zoo to film a love story with a lovely couple, Sarah & Mark.  Great day, the sun was shining, the birds were singing, love was in the air :) I snapped this dude on the way past the exotic birds section...I love birds.

March 28th
Tonight was the Newry Style City Fashion Show. What a night, I arrived Just before the madness began, Katrina was eating her dinner at the end of the runway with a flow of beautiful people walking towards us. Half an hour later the madness began, I snapped this quick shot backstage as the models were getting dressed just before the show started.

March 27th
All this sunny weather has got me thinking about holiday time again. This year I plan to visit my uncle in Hungary :) 2011 was the first year I didn't go in the last 5 years so this year is a must.  I love it there, so relaxing  and a million and one things to photograph, I always come home with too many images.  I can't wait to get back,  all I need is a passport...
